Technically not a car, but rather a horseless carriage contraption. Judging from the attire and the art style, I'm going to guess that this is European.. probably French or possibly Italian, but the Italian area wasn't known for producing woodcuts, which is what it looks like that it. And especially not to capture events such as this. So I'm gonna go with French. They always have the weird ideas. That rules out Daimler, so it could be anyone.
